How does gating a Google Slides deck work?

First, you publish your Google Slides to the web to get a public link. Then, you paste that link into LoomDoc using the 'From Link' feature and set the access level to 'Gated'. Now, when you share the LoomDoc link, viewers will be presented with a form to enter their name and email before they can access your presentation.

Where do the captured emails go?

All captured leads appear in your 'Viewers' dashboard within the LoomDoc app. You'll see their name, email, company (if provided), and when they viewed your deck.

Can I still get analytics on what they do after they enter their email?

Yes. Once a viewer has been identified, you'll not only know they viewed the presentation, but you'll also be able to see any questions they ask the AI assistant. This gives you powerful insights into what parts of your presentation are most interesting or confusing to them.
